Decisions…Decisions…..
I am planning on picking up a game this weekend but I am not sure which one to grab. It is a toss-up between Borderlands, Modern Warfare 2, Left 4 Dead 2, and Assassins Creed 2. Modern Warfare 2 is leading the pack but I am not sure for how long.
I’ve finished Assassins Creed 2 and I thought it was really good it is a lot of fun. Borderlands is fun but you really need to play it with other people to get the most out of it. From what I’ve read in reviews that goes for Left 4 Dead 2. I can’t say anything bad about Modern Warfare 2 since I want that game as well!
I got to play a good amount of Left 4 Dead 2 and COD:MW2 over the weekend.
Left 4 Dead 2 is much harder than the first. It is still fun but seems to be only fun with a group of 4.
COD:MW2 on the other hand was a ton of fun alone and with friends. I only played a little of the single player but I played a ton of Spec-Ops (Co-op). It was extremely fun. There is a mission where one player is manning the guns in an Ac-130 gunship while the other player trys to make it to a checkpoint……pure awesome.
I am waiting until Black Friday sales kick off this week to see if I can find some killer deals on any of these games.
I also plan on picking up Dragon Age but I do not have close to enough time to dedicate to it.
Well I sure hope you picked up Left 4 Dead 2 as it was marked down to $35 everywhere. I forgot to grab a copy on my way out the door but some places are still doing it on Saturday as well so I’ll have to get it then if any are left. I’m hoping we still are because we still had 35 copies when I checked around lunch time. I just can’t see passing up that deal.
I picked up Flight of the Concords Season 2 for $8 and a 1TB external drive for my media center for $50. I am hoping steam has some good deals today.
